September 2023 Custom Work
Although City Theatrical manufactures a large catalogue of unique lighting accessories, we also like to do custom work, and can do it incredibly quickly. If you need a custom design or fabrication of metal lighting products, electronic design, LED power supplies, custom wireless DMX installations, or nearly any other challenge that you can come up with, call us and we will help you through it. We’ve done custom work for major TV networks, theme parks, museums, architectural projects, and just about any other type if lighting project you can imagine.
The following projects - custom Elation Seven PAR 19 Half Top Hats, custom MAC Ultra Performance Top Hats, and custom mounting system for Source Four Mini and machined lenses - that we worked on during September 2023 exemplify the type of custom manufacturing work that City Theatrical does on a daily basis.
Custom Elation Seven PAR 19 Half Top Hats
The client required custom Half Top Hats for Elation Seven PAR 19 lighting fixtures to provide beam control for an entertainment project. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Half Top Hats to meet the size specifications provided by the client.

Custom MAC Ultra Performance Top Hat, 4” long
The client required custom 4" long Top Hats for Martin MAC Ultra Performance lighting fixtures to provide beam control for an entertainment project. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Top Hats to meet the size specifications provided by the client.

Custom Mounting System for Source Four Mini With Custom Machined Lenses
The client required custom mounting systems with custom machined lenses for an architectural installation in which ETC Source Four Mini light fixtures were used. City Theatrical custom manufactured the mounting systems and machined lenses to fit the lighting fixture specifications provided by the client.
