    Title Description
pdf Multiverse SHoW Baby at Kinky Boots at The Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida The Broward Center for the Performing Arts presents more than 700 performances each year to more than 700,000 patrons. For Kinky Boots at the Broward Center, there are an extensive number of moving lights, LED tape, and practicals throughout the Kinky Boots set, which was rented through Kinky Boots LLC out of New York City for use on the Fort Lauderdale show, such that we needed wireless DMX to be configured and set up to work flawlessly with the lighting system. We had moving lights set up on the balcony, in the air, and lots of battery-operated lights on the scenery. Having the Multiverse SHoW Baby units work with only a little bit of configuring helped us save time and efforts and made the load in and configuration a lot easier than it could have been.
pdf QolorFLEX and Multiverse at The Joyce Theater in NYC The Joyce Theater’s leadership was looking to update their theater’s lighting using LED tape to gain brightness, efficiencies, and a clean, modern look for their upcoming Fall 2021 season, which included an exciting lineup of dance performances following the closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic (and it was an ideal time since they also chose to replace all of their seats; a fresh look for the whole theater). They were looking for an LED tape solution to replace the fluorescent tubes that existed in the lobby coves, incandescent rope light in the coves under the loge seating areas, and many incandescent tube bulbs (40w) that were originally installed to light the fascia/facing within the theater. The ideal solution would even out the amount of light and color temperature in the theater, while also reducing the power consumption.
pdf QolorFLEX® NuNeon and QolorFLEX 24x3A Dimmers at the Duke Dumont Show at the Shrine Auditorium When British Electronic Artist Duke Dumont was looking for an asymmetrical, central set piece to unveil at his Shrine Auditorium performance in Los Angeles, California and kick off his new tour, Scenic Designer Cort Lawrence, Lighting Designer Chris Thoms, and the tour's design teams sought a flexible LED linear lighting solution that could be bright enough to stand out in the darkness, and rugged enough to stand multi-year, multi-continent travel.

When the tour's fabricator, Rise Fabrication, started building the set piece, the design teams were first introduced to QolorFLEX NuNeon. Find out how they used a combination of 48 reels of QolorFLEX NuNeon, RGB and QolorFLEX 24x3A Dimmers to create the set piece concept, which amazed the artist and audiences alike.
pdf QolorFLEX 24x3A Dimmers at A Christmas Carol on Broadway

The lighting design team for A Christmas Carol on Broadway was looking for a way to create a unique and at times supernatural look for their design of this iconic holiday-inspired musical. They decided to use lanterns above the stage and throughout the theatre to create this unique look, and sought a low voltage dimming solution that was robust enough to control up to 24 lanterns per unit and create light patterns that would enhance the supernatural moments of the show. They also required beam control solutions that could work with a multitude of lighting fixtures.

The lighting team for A Christmas Carol selected QolorFLEX 24x3A Dimmers to control almost 700 individually circuited 12V, 5w, Halogen Lanterns, which they hung all over the theatre. The 37 total dimmers were pixel mapped through the ETC EOS Ti to allow for complete control of the patterns in which the lanterns would pulse and flicker to reflect the unique timing of the show.
