October 2021 Custom Work
Although City Theatrical manufactures a large catalog of unique lighting accessories, we also like to do custom work, and can do it incredibly quickly. If you need a custom design or fabrication of metal lighting products, electronic design, LED power supplies, custom wireless DMX installations, or nearly any other challenge that you can come up with, call us and we will help you through it. Custom Wildfire Ultrablade Louvers
The client required custom louvers to provide beam control for an entertainment project in which Wildfire Ultrablade light fixtures were being used. City Theatrical custom manufactured the louvers to fit the Wildfire lighting fixtures for the project.

Custom Cut and Diffused QolorFLEX LED Tape Strips
The client required custom cut QolorFLEX LED Tape strips, which also needed to be prepared for an installation at a television studio. City Theatrical custom cut the QolorFLEX LED Tape, then added long leads, and mounted the strips of QolorFLEX LED Tape in extrusions with diffusers and end caps on each piece,in order to have the strips ready to install as small "fixtures".

Custom Two Tone Short Top Hats
The client required standard Short Top Hats (P/N 2481) for ETC Source 4 fixtures but required them to be painted white, in order to blend in with the surrounding fixture and walls, while retaining the black flocking within for beam control. City Theatrical custom manufactured the short Top Hats to meet the white color desired by the client and beam control functionality expected of Standard Top Hats.

Custom Chauvet ColorDASH Top Hats
The client required custom City Theatrical Top Hats for Chauvet products to provide beam control for an entertainment project in which Chauvet ColorDASH Hex 12IP lighting fixtures were being used. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Top Hats to fit the lighting fixture specifications provided by the client.
