The Production Manager will work with the Head of Manufacturing to create, monitor and complete the daily schedules in our fast paced manufacturing environment. Our technologies includes CNC metalworking, welding, fabrication, assembly, and powdercoating. The organizational skills of theatre production will serve the job candidate well, and CTI will provide training in other processes including 3D Solidworks drafting and production machinery. Assembly Manager supervises the powdercoat process, final assembly of non-
electronic products, and the shipping department, and manages a staff of about
eight workers.

Manufacturing Engineer is a member of the manufacturing management team and
works for the Head of Manufacturing. The
Manufacturing Engineer’s daily responsibilities include maintenance of the CTI
parts and product database and bills of material, purchasing production parts as
needed, and creating and maintaining the CTI parts drawings database by creating
drawings and 3D solid models in Solidworks and 2D sheet metal drawings in
Fabriwin. We will provide
Solidworks and Fabriwin training to a candidate who possesses strong AutoCAD or
Vectorworks skills.
City Theatrical, Inc. is seeking a Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. The Machinist will operate and maintain manual and CNC machinery including lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, and power presses, as well as set up punch presses, uncoilers and feeders, and maintain die sets. The Machinist will produce catalog parts to specification and create jigs and fixtures for the use of the manufacturing team. CTI will provide specific machinery training as needed to an individual who possesses strong Machinist skills and mechanical aptitude. Welding skills and CAD drafting ability, particularly in Solidworks are a plus.

City Theatrical, Inc. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. This person will cut metal with a cold saw, machine, grind and fit parts, and weld them using stick, MIG or TIG welding. Materials include aluminum, steel and stainless steel. Accuracy of measurements and appearance of welds are critical in this application. This person would also function as part of the CTI manufacturing team and would sometimes operate machine shop or other equipment as needed. City Theatrical is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for its growing Electronic Assembly Department. This person will work with fellow assemblers to build CTI standard parts to the quality and standards set by the department. He/She will ensure correct parts are being used and assemblies are built to print specifications. This person will be expected to maintain expected productivity output levels and complete assignments as scheduled as well as inspect and verify work has been completed correctly. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot circuit boards to the component level and makes any repairs as necessary. Previous background in technical theatre is a plus.
