City Theatrical invents, manufactures, and customizes unique lighting accessories for the live entertainment, film and video, and architectural industries. City Theatrical is the winner of 40+ product and business awards, including the New Jersey Small Manufacturer of the Year in 2015. Founded in 1986, City Theatrical has offices in Carlstadt, New Jersey and London, England.

City Theatrical offers the world’s most extensive product catalog of live entertainment, architectural, and film and video lighting accessories and hardware.

City Theatrical also performs custom manufacturing services and manufactures products on an OEM basis for other lighting manufacturers. 

City Theatrical was acquired by Environmental Lights in July 2023.

Many talented people have put a lot of their lives into growing City Theatrical, and it has been quite an adventure for all of us. We have always been a company of makers, and our culture has been about how we invent, manufacturer, and customize unique lighting accessories.
