Wireless lighting is here!

Set up your show in just seconds. Carry your MasterBlasts in, set them down, start lighting! It is exactly that easy! No power cables or data cables are required, and every unit is selectable as either a Transmitter or Receiver! No lighting console or DMX transmitter is needed because our patented SHoW DMX wireless DMX is built in, and the Transmitter's stand alone routines can output your show for you.

Select one MasterBlast as the Transmitter and an unlimited number of MasterBlasts as Receivers. Select the stand alone routine of your choice and you're ready to go! Place your Receivers up to 300 ft. from your Transmitter. Use the DMX out function of the Transmitter to send wired DMX to other City Theatrical power supplies such as the PDS-750 TR and PDS-375 TR so you can run the same show from those devices. Run a vast amount of both battery powered and wired Color Kinetics ColorBlast 12 TR LED lighting fixtures without a lighting console or a stand alone wireless DMX transmitter. Battery life is 10 hours or more using our EB (Extended Battery) mode and/or the built in grand master.

Setting Up A Basic System

Here's one way to use MasterBlasts. Set one unit as a Transmitter and broadcast your show to an unlimited number of MasterBlasts set as Receivers. Use the built in routines to set color fades or fixed colors. Use the built in grand master to set the overall intensity of the show or to increase battery life.

Note: The Transmitter in these diagrams are shown out of proportion to the Receiver. All units are the same size since all are selectable as either Transmitters or Receivers.

Using the DMX output of the Transmitter, connect via a DMX cable to a PDS-750 TR or PDS-375 TR and the same show that you are broadcasting to your MasterBlasts will be output through your PDSs. Set up large installations this way with minimal cable and no lighting console.
